Strange Kitty is one of the few kitties who speaks English, and he walks on two legs. His best friend is a mouse he meets in Happy Birthday, Bad Kitty. They both share interests in comics and role-playing games. Strange Kitty sometimes pretends to be Fantastic Cat, and he puts on a costume and pretends to fight crime, with the mouse as Power Mouse: the Rodent Wonder.
